HealthChoice Select

A Program, available on all HealthChoice plans, designed to reduce the costs of select services by contracting with select medical facilities to provide these services and bill HealthChoice for a single amount for all costs associated with the service on the date the seurgery or procedure is performed.

Dental Plans

Cleveland County offers a myriad of dental plan options including:

Vision Plan

Vision Service Plan (VSP)

Flexible Spending Plan

This program allows employees to pay for certain medical expenses using pre-tax dollars.  It also offers a dependent care reimbursement plan.

HealthChoice Disability Plan

Provides partial replacement income if you are unable to work due to an illness or injury.

Basic Life Insurance

The County pays the premiums for Basic Life Insurance.  Basic Life Insurance is the first $20,000.00 of life insurance available to employees.  Only employees who are enrolled in one of the health plans offered through Employees Group Insurance Division or in other health coverage that is not an excepted benefit are eligible for life insurance.

Dependent Life Insurance

If you are enrolled in Group Health and Basic Life Insurance, you can elect Dependent Life for your spouse and other eligible dependents.
