Can the public track the spending of ARPA funds?

Yes. Under the federal guidelines public reports will be posted online.

Generally, recipients must submit one initial interim report and quarterly or annual Project and Expenditure reports to Treasury. Cleveland County is committed to meeting or exceeding these transparency guideline requirements.
